The link between the worlds of fashion and music has always been inexorable. Through fashion, the world of music is able to visually identify itself in a tangible way. Through music, the world of fashion is able to find inspiration. The creators of SWEATSHOP are bringing an event that not only celebrates this symbiotic relationship, but also creates a showcase for top local and independent talent. SWEATSHOP will unveil three runway fashion shows set to live music.
- The fashion stylings of Ben Chmura to the music of Tres Bien
- Suspicious Package by Raven to the music of Mouse Fire
- The fashion stylings of Paul Raymond to the music of The Urbane Cowboys

A fine art exhibit will feature the best local talent that the Tampa Bay area has to offer.

A LIVE professional photo shoot of the runway models, the staff of Czar and patrons who wish to participate in the shoot will be held.

SWEATSHOP will take place Labor Day Weekend on Sunday, September 2nd, 2007 at CZAR which is located in Ybor City at 1420 East 7th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605.

Doors open at 10:00PM.
First show begins at 11:00PM.

A special night at Czar where fashion, art and hair design converge. Art will hang in the Gallery, featuring local artists from many different backgrounds, including a special section dedicated to tattoo artists working in different mediums. The “Market” will feature kiosks offering everything from temporary tattoos to extensions and styling services! The evening will feature at least 4 different hair and fashion events to keep you excited all night long including special dance segments featuring the Tampa Bay Lightning and Storm dancers!

This is a fundraiser for the James Anthony Ray Sadler Scholarship that helps young people go to cosmetology school.
