A special night at Czar where fashion, art and hair design converge. Art will hang in the Gallery, featuring local artists from many different backgrounds, including a special section dedicated to tattoo artists working in different mediums. The “Market” will feature kiosks offering everything from temporary tattoos to extensions and styling services! The evening will feature at least 4 different hair and fashion events to keep you excited all night long including special dance segments featuring the Tampa Bay Lightning and Storm dancers!

This is a fundraiser for the James Anthony Ray Sadler Scholarship that helps young people go to cosmetology school.
